I often wonder what keeps people from buying a home when they are this cheap. You may say I don't have a job, I don't have any money. I don't want the responsibility. But you won't be able to depend on a landlord or family member to take care of you forever.
Some want a home in a really nice neighborhood. And that is understandable; but if you keep waiting for that mansion on the hill, the terms of home ownership will change. Right now as I'm writing this to you there is talk in the lender community on the feasibility of 30 year mortgages. Could we really see a time when buying a home will mean you have to pay it off in 10 years or 20.
Many of you have charges which balances for much more than the cost of this home.
Think about this and at least call to schedule a showing. If not now, when?
