You see this house(my office).
It's a second home for many in my community.Yes I sell homes, but I also encourage my clients, my neighbors, my friends and others to stop by. They come to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas about our local community and the world. As you know it's all related.
Some people think it isn't wise to mix the personal with business. But I want to share. I like sharing what I've seen in my travels, I like sharing ideas about investing, idea about how to make money, ideas how to keep money.
I have a range of customers. I have customers who come in and talk about their dreams, their problems and their concerns about life.
In this home, is a corridor connected to a living room where many fascinating discussions take place. Over the years I've realized that people who buy homes have rich lives. People who buy homes aren't just "customers" but people who are in different states of life.
Some venture into this space and are stunned by what is spoken. Some venture into this place because they want to find out what is going on in the community and around the world.
It's not all talk however. We have staff who show every day and work hard to find people a home at a price they can afford.
But I just wanted to share with you today an open invitation to my home away from home. You're welcome to come by even if you're not ready to buy. But one thing I know for sure is thate we all need someplace to call "home".
